About This Spot

Holsopple Brewing unfolds like a well-kept secret nestled behind a lively stretch that includes a donut shop, Waffle House, and a handful of unexpected neighbors. Stepping inside, you immediately notice the embrace of a relaxed, unpretentious vibe—a cozy neighborhood brewery where the pace slows just enough to appreciate genuine connection and simple pleasures. The space itself feels intentionally intimate, encouraging visitors to pull up a chair and become part of the room’s easygoing rhythm.

The atmosphere hums quietly with the kind of warmth that comes from a close-knit community. It’s the kind of spot where locals chat freely with bartenders who remember your name and where newcomers are welcomed as though they’ve stumbled onto a home away from home. Family-friendly crowds blend naturally with music-filled evenings and trivia nights, crafting moments that linger long after the last sip.

Here, beer isn’t just a drink; it’s an invitation to explore flavors crafted with care. Whether you’re settling into a flight to sample a crisp pilsner or savoring a cold brew on a laid-back afternoon, the offerings complement the environment—a place that values atmosphere as much as the craft behind the glass. The nearby pizza place adds a touch of casual convenience, making it easy to stretch an evening into a full experience of community and comfort.

Holsopple Brewing is for those who delight in finding local spots that feel less like destinations and more like meeting points—welcoming, unvarnished, and quietly special. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the best memories are made tucked away in familiar spaces filled with friendly faces and the soft hum of shared stories.

This place is awesome. Traveled from out of town and found this spot on Google, and figured id give it a shot. Little did I know I would be walking in to the coolest place ever. It is a small bar and seating area. All of the locals and bartender welcomed me with open arms. Asked where I was from, how I was doing, told me to pull up a chair and hang with them. They even had me join in on their weekly beer share! What!! Highly recommended to anyone to check this place out. Doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, what you do, or anything. Just pull up to the bar and enjoy. Thanks guys! I will be seeing you all soon!

This brewery has truly become a home away from home for our family! Not only is the beer fantastic, but the atmosphere is what keeps us coming back again and again. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and the staff is always so welcoming and kind, you can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. They’re always hosting fun events, from live music and trivia nights, and seasonal celebrations. There’s always something going on, which makes it the perfect spot for everyone in the family to enjoy. We’ve had birthday parties, going away gatherings, and casual get-togethers here, it’s become our go-to place when we want to bring people together. It’s central, laid-back, and just a great vibe all around. If you’re looking for a brewery that feels like a community, this is it!

It's a cool little area tucked in the back behind a donut shop and Waffle House. Great seating and there is a pizza place right next door. Live music was an excellent touch.

When Holsopple opened by where we used to live I think I was there within the first week. Not only was there a craft brewery about a mile from where I lived, but (as it turns out) an absolutely STELLAR craft brewery! Hidden away behind a Sushi place, a cremation service, a pet groomer, and next to a dance studio, Holsoppe isn't the kind of play you'll find by accident. I'm OK with that, though, because it means it can still be kept a secret. :) Holsopple makes some amazing ales and lagers. I was lucky enough to get two bottles of their first bottled beer (Happily Ebony After). All their brews are done on site by people who have a love and a care for the craft that shows in all their brews. With twelve taps there is always something new...even a cider that I really liked, and I'm NOT a cider drinker. The staff is always busy and well informed. Ask any of them about any of their brews and they'll know the answer because they believe in what they sell. They excel at suggesting something you might like based on the types of beers you like and since it's brewed there, it's always fresh. There are snacks and merchandise for purchase from growlers to pint glasses to t-shirts to stickers. If you're feeling competitive there are video games to play and a few board games on hand. Holsopple recently expanded their seating area, allowing for more elbow room and b̶e̶e̶r̶ ̶d̶r̶i̶n̶k̶e̶r̶s̶ ..err...patrons. Hungry? On Friday and Saturday there's a food truck and a tent outside if you want to enjoy your beer and food in an outdoor fashion. Got a dog? Bring it along! Dogs are allowed inside and get plenty of attention from the other b̶e̶e̶r̶ ̶d̶r̶i̶n̶k̶e̶r̶s̶ patrons. One of the downsides of having moved to J-Town is that Holsopple isn't as close as it used to be, but you can be sure I'm there at least once a month. They have a great product, they market it well, and they're still kind of a secret...and that's OK for me.ry.

This is absolutely a great little up and coming brewery. The folks there really know how to make you feel at home and really get to know you. It's cheesey to say but when you come in and introduce yourself, you're family from then on. They remember you and what you like. The brewing operation is small enough to hat they can constantly be bringing in new, fresh recipes of great tasting beers. They also do a lot for community and the neighborhood they're in. If you're in the area you need to try them out!

Great custom brewery, always tasting something new every time I come here. Not one single bad beer. Live music is awesome as well. Board games are stocked for me and my friends to play. Dog Friendly.
